The black pepper, ginger, and vanilla also lend themselves well to savory applications, such as a glaze for meats like ham and bacon.

All our herbal infused honeys are made in-house with local raw (unpasteurized) wildflower honey, which is produced by local bees and beekeepers in the Western North Carolina and Southern Appalachians region.
