We specialize in honey from all across Western North Carolina and the Southern Appalachians region. Our local honey comes from trusted beekeepers in the area, from Asheville, Waynesville, Mars Hill, Morganton... and even Erwin, TN over the mountain!

That means we tend to have ever-changing varietals from different seasons and floral sources, like blackberry and tulip poplar in spring or basswood and sourwood in summer. Come to our tasting bar at our retail location in Weaverville, NC to experience how various honey can be!
