H+H Chai Spice Infused Honey

The warming taste of masala chai in your favorite honey! Infused with vanilla and warming aromatic spices, you could swirl this honey into hot black tea and milk for your quick chai fix, or add it to baked goods to give it that extra something. In our house blend, we emphasize the ginger and black peppercorn over the other, sweeter aromatics.

All our herbal infused honeys are made in-house with local raw (unpasteurized) wildflower honey, which is produced by local bees and beekeepers in the Western North Carolina and Southern Appalachians region.

Some ideas to make the most of our Chai Spice Infused Honey:

• Well, as a sweetener for masala chai or a chai latte. Perfect!
• Swirl it into any black tea or spice tea, or into warm milk.
• Drizzle it on or bake it into cake and pastries.
• On top of a sweet or mild cheese to elevate it into a dessert.
• Glaze dark meats and chicken for a spicy-sweet tang.

Ingredients: raw wildflower honey, allspice, anise, black peppercorn, cardamom, cinnamon, clove, ginger, vanilla bean. Remnants of herbal matter may be left behind after straining.
