H+H Elderberry Infused Honey
Elderberry is a summer fruit with a mature, rich taste, making this honey infusion a great addition to teas, cocktails, baked goods, and more. Turning the honey a delicious dark amber-purple-red color, elderberry was honestly made for honey! Add it to elderberry syrup to enhance the fruit's flavor, try it in a dressing for hearty summer and fall salads, or drizzle it on steak and other meats for a sweet, rich glaze.
All our herbal infused honeys are made in-house with local raw (unpasteurized) wildflower honey, which is produced by local bees and beekeepers in the Western North Carolina and Southern Appalachians region.
Ingredients : raw wildflower honey, elderberry. Remnants of herbal matter may be left behind after straining.
