H+H Infused Honey, Vanilla Citron
The latest in our vanilla-flavored lineup, Vanilla Citron takes everything sweet and lovely about our favorite citruses and makes them even better. Lemon peel and orange peel build a great base, while lime leaf and lemongrass really make things bright. A hint of cardamom emphasizes the citric tang. This is a great honey blend to sweeten a lemonade or uplift a summer tea, make a dressing, or caramelize for mellow sauces and glazes.
All our herbal infused honeys are made in-house with local raw (unpasteurized) wildflower honey, which is produced by local bees and beekeepers in the Western North Carolina and Southern Appalachians region.
Ingredients : Vanilla Citron is infused with cardamom, lemon peel, lemongrass, lime leaf, orange peel, and vanilla bean.
