H+H Cardamom Infused Honey
The cardamom honey infusion is one of our most popular herbal honeys. Aromatic and peppery, tangy and sweet, you can't go wrong with this delicious treat. Add it to salads or granola, hot beverages or desserts, and get carried away with its enticing and zesty flavor.
All our herbal infused honeys are made in-house with local raw (unpasteurized) wildflower honey, which is produced by local bees and beekeepers in the Western North Carolina and Southern Appalachians region.
Some ideas to make the most of our Cardamom Infused Honey:
- Mix it with some vinegar and olive oil for a delicious salad dressing.
- Add it to a marinade for chicken or other meat.
- Sweeten really any tea... fruity, floral, and rich teas all love cardamom!
- Add an equal amount of water for a cardamom honey syrup.
Ingredients: raw wildflower honey, green cardamom. Remnants of herbal matter may be left behind after straining.
