H+H Infused Honey, Dragon's Breath
Dragon's Breath is our long-awaited, loving answer to the hot honey question. Carolina Reaper pepper is the star of the show, with supporting performances from a star-studded lineup of turmeric and ginger roots and understated jalapeño. This ensemble cast is rounded out by aromatics like allspice, cardamom, and anise, and a surprise cameo from rosehips make this honey sweet, spicy, hot, and perfect for almost anything!
This honey makes an excellent drizzle and finisher, or can elevate sauces, soups, and stews with a healthy dollop stirred in. Show off your sophisticated taste for spice by including it in charcuterie boards and grazing tables, or as a glaze for grilled meats.
All our herbal infused honeys are made in-house with local raw (unpasteurized) wildflower honey, which is produced by local bees and beekeepers in the Western North Carolina and Southern Appalachians region.
