H+H Sweet Dreams Infused Honey

Sweet Dreams is, well, the infusion of your night routine's dreams. Soothing chamomile and doting lavender meld together to still the soul, while peppermint comes in as the soft cool pillow to rest your head on. New additions of elderberry and anise enhance this honey's relaxing herbaceous profile and take your me time to new heights. An excellent companion for your evening tea or nightcap.

All our herbal infused honeys are made in-house with local raw (unpasteurized) wildflower honey, which is produced by local bees and beekeepers in the Western North Carolina and Southern Appalachians region.

Some ideas for making the most of our Sweet Dreams Infused Honey:

• It's literally made for tea, so have a cup!
• You can use a spoonful of the honey itself and swirl it into a mug of hot water for a lazy but tasty tea!
• Make a honey syrup with equal parts infused honey and water (or tea!) to make a great, herbal sweetener for cocktails and mocktails.
• The fruity-herbal notes would make for a great drizzle on a warm, buttered biscuit or other teatime baked good in lieu of jam... or in addition to, we don't judge.

Ingredients (new recipe) : raw wildflower honey, chamomile, lavender, peppermint, elderberry, anise. Remnants of herbal matter may be left behind after straining.
