Vanilla Bean is a classic, and it's not hard to see why. Warm, rich, and even taking on slightly bitter notes, vanilla is a versatile flavor that goes well beyond the cloyingly sweet notes of ice cream or confectionary. Perfect everywhere and bad nowhere, you can add this infusion to ice cream, oatmeal, yogurt, toast, pastries, and in your coffee or chai.
All our herbal infused honeys are made in-house with local raw wildflower honey, which is unpasteurized and produced by local beekeepers in the Western North Carolina and Southern Appalachians region.
